Millie is an accomplished manager of consultation exercises who specialises in developing and project-managing quantitative surveys and tools for a wide range of local authority clients.

Currently responsible for citizens' panels in Wakefield, Derby, Barnsley and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, Millie also recently managed 1700 face-to-face surveys for the Neighbourhood Management research in Barking and Dagenham; a large evaluatory face-to-face perceptions study for Liverpool City Council; and focus groups and reporting for East Riding Council to inform their strategy for services for older people.

She has an excellent understanding of questionnaire and research material design, emphasising the need to create clear, accessible and comprehensive surveys that test the hypotheses of the research objectives. Millie is also an excellent report writer, using her past experience as a journalist to produce concise, informative and accurate documents that tell the story of the results through emphasis on conclusions and recommendations.

Millie graduated from the University of York in 2003 with a first class degree in English Literature and joined QA Research in 2005.
