Since joining QA in 2005 Nick’s excellent project management, analysis and report writing skills have seen numerous museums and attractions call upon his services for research work.
 
He has conducted a variety of research projects, including audience development, branding, visitor profiling and feasibility studies for national museums such as the National Railway Museum and the National Coal Mining Museum, regional arms of the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council, and other attractions such as Castle Howard, York Minster, RHS Harlow Carr, Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum and Beamish Museum.
 
A former History teacher, Nick has a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Wales and holds a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing. He is a member of GEM (Group for Education in Museums) and AIM (the Association of Independent Museums).
 
Nick enjoys growing vegetables on his allotment and is currently working his way through the recommendations listed in the book ‘300 beers to drink before you die’.
