The search for smarter ways to meet client needs is Paul’s consuming passion. He works with researchers and operational staff to improve and enhance their services; seeks out new methodologies which can add value to the research process; and is leading the company’s new customer relationship management plans.

Paul joined QA Research in 1999 and played a significant part in the creation and development of our Business, Education and Employment research service before joining the board in 2005.
