A quantitative research specialist, Yannick has managed the development of our telephone research services and quality assurance procedures since 1997. She now oversees a Survey Unit which combines CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) with a national fieldforce and online survey services.

Attention to detail is such a vital element of her work – which is why Yannick is also responsible for the rigorous application of our MRQSA (Market Research Quality Standards Association) accreditation. Yannick joined QA Research in 1993 and became a director in 2000.
