Visitor research for St Paul’s Cathedral
Monday, 18 July 2011 13:22
We are delighted to announce that we are now working with St Paul’s Cathedral to undertake a visitor survey over the summer period.
As part of the 1200th anniversary celebrations the Cathedral have introduced new multi-media handsets and a series of short films to help enhance the visitor experience.
Our face to face interviewers will be surveying 400 visitors as they exit the Cathedral to understand their opinion of the iconic attraction’s new exhibits and multi media guide.
The results of the research will help St Paul’s to understand usage of and satisfaction with the new interpretation approaches, help determine the impact these have and provide recommendations to further enhance the visitor experience.
