Children & Families

Children & FamiliesOur long and successful track record of children and families research began in the mid-nineties and continues to this day with childcare sufficiency work and parental research across the UK.

We have specialist researchers who are trained to engage hard to reach groups and people who may be reluctant to take part in research. Any research we conduct is underpinned by a clear understanding of public policy and the groups it serves.

Our research services include:
  • Conducting Childcare Sufficiency Assessments
  • Children’s Centres consultation
  • Accessing ‘hard-to-reach’ groups such as ethnic minorities, lone parents, fathers, and children/young people with SEN and disabilities
  • Parental demand and other research with parents
  • Programme evaluations
  • Developing children and families engagement strategies
