Qa Research is delighted to be working with UKinbound to conduct a survey of over 100 Chinese tour operators.
The survey aims to find out the impact on bookings of a new visa for Chinese visitors that was launched by the UK Government in early 2016 and is due to end in early 2018.
This new two year visa pilot has enabled Chinese visitors to make multiple trips to the UK for a period of two years (previously only a 6 month visit duration was allowed) and British visitors to China have also benefited from the same new visa arrangements.
Qa emailed an online survey to all UKinbound’s tour operator members, including many Chinese operators, in both English and Mandarin. If appropriate, the results from our report will be publicised during Chinese Golden Week in October and will be used by UKinbound to lobby the Government to continue the new visa arrangements after the pilot has ended.
You can find out more about the new Chinese visa here.
