City Centre Perceptions survey award for Qa

For the third consecutive year the Liverpool City Centre Perceptions survey has been won by Qa.

The overall objective of the research is to understand perceptions of Liverpool City Centre, with particular emphasis on its animation, cleanliness and security.

Over 1,000 residents, workers and night time visitors to the city will be surveyed. Most interviews are to be conducted face-to-face, with the remainder taking place over the phone using our CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) facility.

The findings will inform city centre development and night time economy planning.
