After working as an interviewer in our contact centre since 2017 Claire joined Qa full time in April 2019 as the Educational Research Co-ordinator. Working within our educational assessment team most recently she has provided support for the Tips by Text and Flexible Phonics programs.

Claire’s main role is to schedule assessments, liaising with schools and assessors as well as mapping geographic locations in order to best allocate dates to schools in-line with the preferences of both the schools and our assessors.

She has a degree in Applied Social Science and Social Policy, with a specialism in children and young people. She worked as a teaching assistant in deaf and hearing schools prior to undertaking her degree as a mature student and has in-depth understanding of both primary and secondary aged children. Claire’s main academic focus looked at the interactions between education and poverty.

Claire is also an experienced recruiter working on complex projects, including recruitment for face to face interviews and focus groups.
