Qa has once again been chosen to conduct the Courtauld Gallery’s visitor exit survey. This is the third time the company has won the contract to carry out visitor research at the famous Central London venue.
A dedicated interviewing team is to conduct 750 face-to-face surveys in 2010 – 11. The objectives of the research include:
- Assessing visitor experiences of the gallery
- Understanding the triggers responsible for visits
- Gathering profile information on visitors
The research will help inform the development of marketing strategies and assist the broader analysis of visitor research at art galleries across the capital currently being undertaken by Audiences for London.
