Customer research for Great Rail Journeys

The UK’s leading operator of rail holidays has commissioned Qa Research to conduct a customer satisfaction and enquirer study.

2,000 people, broken down into existing GRJ customers and those who have expressed an interest in GRJ trips, are to be surveyed by post.

Collecting valuable profile information which gives the rail journey specialists a better understanding of their distinctive customers and enquirers is a key objective of the research.

A final report will combine profile and customer behaviour data with recommended ways to develop new services in line with customer and enquirer needs and wants.
