Customer research for renewables experts

Qa has been appointed to carry out customer and stakeholder research for the National Non-Foods Crops Centre (NNFCC).

The Centre’s objectives are to help introduce renewable fuels and materials to the marketplace, and to be seen as a source of independent information and advice to agriculture, academia, Government, industry, the media and the public.

To ensure the Centre continues to meet these objectives it has commissioned Qa to conduct an online survey with customers and stakeholders.

Qa will:

Develop a web-based questionnaire

Host the survey and issue email reminders

Analyse the data

Produce a report which includes key findings and recommendations for the development of services

The results will inform future marketing and communications initiatives and help cement the Centre’s reputation as a source of credible advice and guidance.
