Miles Crosby

Research Manager

Miles joined Qa in February 2013 as a telephone interviewer in our contact centre.  He then became a Research Executive in November 2013 and was promoted to Research Manager in April 2017 to manage projects in sectors including Communities and Local Government as well as Business and Skills.

Miles delivers a wide range of studies involving complex quantitative methodologies as well as aspects of qualitative research.

He is particularly adept at interpreting large data sets to draw conclusions for clients seeking to understand the views of their customer base which has included audiences such as community residents, businesses and employees.

Miles has a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of York.
