We are delighted to announce that we’ve been short listed for the finals of the 2012 Market Research Society (MRS) Awards.
This is the fourth time in the last six years that we have reached the finals.
In previous years (2006, 2008 and 2009) we were nominated for the Public Policy and Social Research category but have now been selected within the new Data Collection category for our work with the Housing Futures Network.
HFN approached Qa to partner them in undertaking a robust telephone (CATI) study that would help them understand how their tenants may be affected by the ‘under-occupancy bedroom tax’ proposed in the Government’s Welfare Reform Bill.
HFN wanted help devising a formula to work out which of their tenants would be affected, help with drafting a ‘plain English’ script and a sensitive approach to conducting the interviews so as not to alarm their tenants.
Qa achieved all of this in tight timescales allowing HFN to publish the results for presentation in the House of Lords debate of the Welfare Reform Bill in October 2011.
The winners of the award will be announced on December 10th in London.
The nomination is testimony to our ongoing commitment to quality and working in partnership with clients to achieve their goals.
