Qa study urges tourism industry not to be complacent after the Olympics

Our survey of tourism businesses conducted in conjunction with UKinbound has urged the industry not to be complacent after the success of the Olympics.

Findings from the survey carried out towards the end of the Games showed that a number of businesses had seen a record fall in bookings and visitor numbers during the Olympic period.

CEO of UKinbound Mary Rance now urges Government and the tourism industry to do all it can to maximise the success of the Games in order to generate significant increases in the value and volume of tourism to the UK.
