Essex County Council has awarded its Telecare Home Safety Service Survey to Qa.
Part of the council’s commitment to providing a better quality of life, the service offers a 365 days a year around the clock home safety package which helps elderly or vulnerable people to lead independent lives.
CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) surveys with users and carers will help to establish perceptions of the service, what influences users to sign up, and how the process from referral to installation works from a user perspective.
