Qa wins Leeds face-to-face survey contract

Leeds City Council has chosen Qa to conduct its 2009 Residents’ Survey.

Qa will conduct 3400 face-to-face interviews across Leeds to capture the views of a representative sample of residents on a range of issues relating to places and services.

Issues of particular interest include perceptions of the Leeds area and satisfaction with local service delivery.

A key part of the project is the inclusion of ‘hard to reach groups’, including non-English speakers and those with sensory impairments. Qa has a long history of interviewing hard to reach groups and uses tried and trusted procedures to access different communities.

A final report setting out the views of the sample and any implications for Leeds City Council will be delivered in the autumn.
