MRS Code of Conduct & Company Partner
All of our research is carried out in compliance with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct, which all staff abide by. All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure participants are not harmed or adversely affected as a result of taking part in research. Data provided by participants as well as their identity, is treated in the strictest confidence and all assurances given to participants are fulfilled.

ISO 20252
All research undertaken by Qa Research is carried out in compliance with ISO 20252, to which Qa is registered. ISO 20252 is the international standard for organisations and professionals conducting market, opinion and social research. Checks are carried out at each stage of the research process including data collection, analysis and reporting so clients can be confident in the quality of our research data and deliverables. Data Security
Our Information Security policy is supported by Cyber Essentials Assurance – Certificate Number: IASME-A-05116 and is available on request.
Data Protection
Qa Research Ltd actively complies with the spirit and letter of current Data Protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our data protection registration number is: Z8603006.
Our internally appointed DPO liaises with our Directors and IT Manager and advises our researchers on the application of data protection legislation to the research they undertake for our clients. Data protection legislation is covered in MRS Code of Conduct rules and in ISO 20252 requirements; compliance is built into each stage of the research process, including scoping and set up, data collection, data analysis, reporting and publication, and retention and disposal.
Privacy information of the data controller for the research project (usually the organisation commissioning the research) is communicated to participants in a format appropriate to the audience and research methodology. Our Privacy Policy here is provided to participants in addition to the data controller’s privacy information; it covers processing of participant data for quality control purposes.
