All of our research is carried out in compliance with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct, which all staff abide by. Data provided by respondents, as well as their identity, is treated in the strictest confidence and all assurances given to respondents are fulfilled.

All research undertaken by Qa Research is carried out in compliance with ISO 20252, to which Qa is registered. ISO 20252 is the international standard for organisations and professionals conducting market, opinion and social research.
Qa Research Ltd actively complies with the spirit and letter of current Data Protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our data protection registration number is: Z8603006.
Our internally appointed DPO liaises with our Directors and ICT Manager and advises our researchers on the application of data protection legislation to the research they undertake for our clients. As a Market Research Society Company Partner, we have access to the MRS Codeline service for any questions which may arise about the application of GDPR to research projects.
Data security is critical, and Qa has implemented a radical upgrade of our data security protocols to meet exacting standards for data security and have attained Cyber Essentials Assurance.
