Helen has overall responsibility for telephone and face to face research at Qa, as well as our assessment administration operations.
She runs large teams of telephone and field researchers with the help of specialised managers and supervisors. She also has extensive experience of delivering education based data collection.
An ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the quality and efficiency of delivery of our telephone, field and education assessment operations is Helen’s number one priority.
