Terms and Conditions of free prize draw

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
This prize draw is being administered by Qa Research Ltd (Merchant House, 11a Piccadilly, York, YO1 9WB) and will be carried out in accordance with the Market Research Society Regulations for administering prize draws.

Eligibility to Enter

In entering the prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be on the official questionnaire only. The draw is free to enter.

How to Enter

The prize draw opens on 18th January 2023 and closes on 10th February 2023. Late entries will not be accepted. In the event that the survey closing date is extended due to a poor response rate, the closing date for the prize draw will be extended to 15th February 2023.

You will be asked a question at the end of the survey to give consent to be entered into the prize draw. To enable the administration of the draw you will need to provide up to date contact details.

Qa will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Winners will be drawn at random by Qa Research within one week of the closing date

The prize

There are 3 cash prizes of £50 each.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be notified by the contact details provided. Qa will attempt to contact winners by phone three times and/or if on record, by email two times. If contact is not made within seven working days, Qa reserves the right to draw a new winner at random

Claiming the prize

Qa Research will pay prize money by BACS or by cheque. Qa Research will arrange delivery of the prize by courier/ royal mail. Winners will receive their prize within 6 weeks of the draw being held. The decision of Qa Research is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Data Protection

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Qa for the purposes of administering the prize draw in line with these Terms and Conditions.

General

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
