Hanham Hall Non Residents

Hanham Hall Evaluation

Introduction

SQW, an independent research company, is working with Qa Research to carry out a study for Homes England (the Government’s Housing and Regeneration Agency), to find out more about the impact of the Hanham Hall development.

This survey is designed to understand residents’ experiences of Hanham Hall. All residents are being invited to participate. The answers will help Homes England make decisions about delivering and/or supporting this type of housing development in the future.

How will you use my answers?

Homes England has asked SQW, an independent research company, to do a study on Hanham Hall. SQW is working with Qa Research to carry out this survey.

Qa Research will put together the data from all the (in-person, postal and online) completed surveys. They will then share that information with SQW.

SQW and Qa Research will store your responses in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Data Protection Act. The data you give for the study will be held by SQW and Qa Research for up to 12 months, after which it will be destroyed.

The findings from the survey will be analysed by SQW, and used to inform a report which SQW will write for Homes England. The report may be published and used to inform decision making.

SQW will share anonymised information from the survey with Homes England at the end of the study. Homes England may decide to keep the survey answers for longer.

No one will be able to identify you from the answers you give to the survey – they will be anonymous.

What personal data of mine will you collect?

Personal data includes information such as your name, address, email address, or any other information which could be used to identify you.

The survey asks for the first line of your address, and also your name and contact details should you wish to be entered into the price draw. You don’t have to answer these questions if you don’t want to. If you do give us personal data, we will hold it for no longer than 12 months. The legal basis for SQW and Qa Research processing any personal data you give us is consent.

The survey asks some questions about you, such as how many adults and children live in your household and how long you lived in your current home. As with all the questions, you don’t have to answer these questions if you don’t want to.

You have the right to ask to review any personal data that SQW and/or Qa Research holds about you, and to ask for this data to be changed or deleted
