Housing Needs Survey – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The Prize Draw will be administered by Housing Vision. Your name and contact details need to be provided so Housing Vision can contact you if you win; your details will not be used for any other purpose. The winner will be drawn at random and notified by telephone/email.

Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw: 1) The closing date is Tuesday 4th May 2021. 2) There is 1 prize of a £100 voucher and 2 prizes of a £50 voucher. 3) One entry per person. 4) The winner will be drawn at random and notified through the contact details provided. 5) Entries must be on the official resident questionnaire only. 6) The decision of Housing Vision is final – no correspondence will be entered into.
