Hannah Penrose

Senior Research Executive

Hannah joined Qa as part of the Social Insight and Evaluation team over 2 years ago, and has experience in mixed-method research, with a strong expertise in qualitative research approaches. Her passion stemmed from the ability to use research to create meaningful change – particularly by providing a voice for underrepresented and more vulnerable communities.

Hannah specialises in research with individuals in more vulnerable circumstances and often uses flexible qualitative research approaches tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. She has done this across a diverse range of sectors including charities, local government, utilities, housing and health services.

Hannah has a BA (Hons) in Sociology with Criminology from The University of Sheffield, and an MA in Social Research (Economic and Social Research Council accredited) also from The University of Sheffield.
