Karen Muir

Research Manager

Karen is a proficient quantitative researcher with over 18 years of experience, built on the foundation of a well-respected graduate training programme at BMRB International (now Kantar Public UK).

During this time she has conducted research and led consultations for both private and public sector clients including UKCES, Thames Valley Berkshire LEP, Great Rail Journeys, Screen Yorkshire, BAFTA, BFI, The British Fashion Council and Creative Skillset.

She has a strong background in designing, project managing, analysing and disseminating the results of a variety of quantitative projects. Karen also has a good eye for detail, and a proactive approach to performance and data accuracy.

Prior to joining Qa in 2019, Karen specialised in researching employers and workers within the Creative Industries, with a focus on skills, training and diversity issues.

She graduated from Loughborough University.
