In almost fifteen years at Qa he has been involved in a range of studies that have helped many organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to improve services.
Qa’s key strength is its ability to engage audiences from diverse back grounds, often on subjects that are complex or sensitive in nature – this is something Richard is particularly passionate about.
Richard believes effective research is not only achieved when client needs are fully understood but also when methods and techniques are newly created or adapted to suit the variety of respondents that are asked to participate.
Richard’s key strengths include qualitative research, business development, networking and building partnerships
