Contact Centre Manager

Paddy is responsible for co-ordinating the telephone research work of our trained MRS supervisors and interviewers.

He manages all elements of CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and paper-based surveys, ensuring our projects are completed to the highest possible industry standards.

A longstanding veteran of the Contact Centre, Paddy excels at managing high volume quantitative research projects which meet our clients’ needs.
